Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders delivered to the European Union and European Economic Area (EU/EEA).

1. Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–8 business days from payment confirmation. This includes order verification, production preparation, quality check, and packaging. Dispatch delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or for custom‑made clothing; we will notify you promptly if this happens.

2. Delivery Time (EU/EEA)

Once dispatched, standard delivery to EU/EEA destinations takes 15–30 calendar days. Delivery time starts from the date of shipment, not order placement. Remote areas in the EU may experience slight delays.

3. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout or as agreed in your order/wholesale agreement.

You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination EU country, unless otherwise stated in writing.

We provide necessary commercial documents for customs clearance.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped. You may use this number to monitor delivery status with the carrier.

5. Undelivered & Failed Delivery

If you fail to collect, provide incorrect address, or refuse delivery without valid reason, you are responsible for resulting fees and return costs.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties, incorrect address, or non‑collection, we will refund the product cost only (minus original shipping and return fees).

6. Lost or Damaged in Transit

Provide photos of packaging and items for our investigation with the courier.

We will reship, refund, or replace eligible orders at our discretion.

7. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a full, correct delivery address. We are not liable for delays or non‑delivery caused by incomplete or wrong address details.
